HR profiling:
At LeFei we see ourselves as a part of the company’s process in finding and hiring the best talent you can afford. This may involve HR having to read many CV’s from other sources to understand the candidate’s ability and performance level. Therefore to save time and to give HR a better analysis of our candidates we profile every candidate we send to our clients.
This means spending time in face to face interviews, analyzing their ability through testing, and feedback from references. We are then able to judge the persons persona and present our clients with a profile synopsis and the named CV. This has proved to speed up the assessment process and to give accurate analysis of our candidate’s suitability to our clients.
